Here’s everything you need to know about how we manage the deliveries and returns of Rectrix products.


All of our deliveries are processed by Amazon — even if you buy via the Rectrix site, or eBay.

Standard delivery is FREE on all orders and usually takes 3-5 working days. If you need your product(s) faster, then you can upgrade your delivery method at Amazon upon making your purchase, or in the checkout of this site.

Note that if you’re already an Amazon Prime customer then you can expect to receive your products the following day!

Returns Policy

You can return any unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Your returned item(s) must be in new and unworn condition, in their original packaging.

Amazon Customers

Returns can be arranged directly via your Amazon account from the ‘Your Orders’ section. Simply locate the order, and click the ‘Return items’ button to start the process.

The majority of Rectrix sizes are eligible for FREE returns for any reason whatsoever. Simply select your size on the product listing, and the eligibility status will be clearly indicated as shown below:

Deliveries & Returns

Note that Amazon will always refund your return costs, up to their standard delivery option cost, if you received:

  • an incorrect item.
  • a damaged item.
  • a defective item.
  • an item that does not match its description.

Website & eBay Customers

If you bought your Rectrix gloves through this site and you’d like to make a return or exchange, simply email us on with the details of your order and we’ll assist you through the process.

We’ll provide you with a returns label that’ll be used to return the item to the closest Amazon fulfilment centre. Once it has arrived there it’ll be checked, and your refund or exchange will be initiated immediately.

Note that any costs for posting the return are the responsibility of the customer.
